Scandinavian Kingdoms
Unite northern strength, coastal trade and the levy of the realm.
This is a fourteenth-century northern realm, not a fantasy copy of the early Viking Age. Royal authority, assemblies, coastal obligations and Christian institutions stand beside older northern visual traditions. The result is a settlement of timber halls, stone footings, winter stores and working shipyards.
Leidang Spearmen and Hird Swordsmen form the centre of the host while Northern Bowmen and Forest Trackers support campaigns across difficult terrain. The Leidang Shipyard gives maritime duty a visible home inside the city. Players can lean into sea-facing trade and mobile warfare while still using the same transparent balance rules as rival factions.

About playing Scandinavia
Is Scandinavia playable as one faction?
Yes. The playable Scandinavian identity represents the northern kingdoms within the game’s shared 1330-era world and lets players create their own ruler and heraldry.
Is it only a raiding faction?
No. Coastal warfare is part of its identity, but city building, trade, diplomacy, province control and seasonal politics are equally important.
