What we collect
We store the account information you provide, including your email address, ruler name and password hash. We also store gameplay progress, settlements, alliances, messages, campaign reports, security events and the technical information needed to operate and protect the service. If you support development, we store the campaign, amount, currency, payment status, PayPal transaction references and any optional public supporter name. We do not store full card or wallet credentials.
Why we use it
Data is used to provide persistent game worlds, secure accounts, prevent abuse, deliver transactional email, maintain rankings and support players. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Local browser storage may retain language, sound, map, installation and privacy preferences. These are required for core game operation or remember choices you make.
Advertising measurement
If you explicitly allow marketing cookies, Meta Pixel may process page visits, campaign parameters and completed account registrations to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may set or read advertising identifiers for this purpose. Marketing measurement remains disabled until you consent, declining does not restrict the game, and you can reopen Privacy choices to withdraw or grant consent later.
Retention and sharing
Operational providers may process limited data when hosting the game, sending email, processing a payment or protecting the service. PayPal processes payment and payer information under its own privacy terms and sends us transaction status notifications. Account, payment and security records are retained while needed to provide the game, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Public ruler, settlement, alliance and season results remain part of the game chronicle.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal account data. Some public historical records may be anonymised rather than removed where needed to preserve completed season history.
